This digital pressure gauge is suitable for hydraulic, oil pressure, water pressure, high pressure, and air pressure precision measuring, for media which is not corrosive to the stainless steel wetted parts. It features a 4" dial size, with a pressure range of 0-10000psi, 0-700bar, 0-70Mpa, and 0-700kg/cm2, displayed on a 5-digit display. The unit supports 4 pressure units and has a 150% overload capacity.
The device includes several useful functions, such as a batteries status display, a pressure progress bar, and Min-Max pressure record. The process connection is a 1/4"NPT male, lower mount. The overload capacity is 150%, and the accuracy is 0.4%. The input voltage is 4.5V, powered by three 1.5V AAA batteries, or via micro USB.
The operating temperature range is -4 to 140 deg F/-20 to 60 deg C, with a maximum ambient temperature of 140 deg F/60 deg C. The gauge is housed in a 304 stainless steel case, with 304 stainless steel wetted parts, and has an IP54 rating.
The operation of the device is straightforward. The power button is used to start up and shut down the gauge. The "UNIT" button allows cyclic switching between the pressure units. Pressing the "UNIT" button will also display the maximum and minimum pressure values, with corresponding indicator lights. The "ZERO" button is used for calibration, and pressing it for 4 seconds will zero the calibration.
The "LIGHT" button controls the backlight, allowing it to be turned on and off, and can be set to stay on permanently with a long press.
